Braun MR430HC Multiquick Deluxe Hand Blender and Chopper:   A great hand held blender that can be used in any type of container, includes a 5 inch whisk and a 2 1/2 cup chopper bowl and blade. Blends like a benchtop blender and is great for whisking, scrambling, chopping, mixing and blending. Can be wall mounted out of the way, the wall mount is included.

220 Volt Braun Hand Blender 400 Watt 2-Speed Chopper:  This product is not suitable for the USA.  A great hand held blender that can be used in any type of container, includes a detachable plastic blend shaft, chopper and breaker attachments. Great for whisking, scrambling, chopping, mixing and blending. Can be wall mounted out of the way, the wall mount is included.

Reviews of this blender were very positive about the extra power of the unit, make sure you don't splash outside of the bowl. Being a hand held it does save on bench space, when you don't have much to spare. Its ability to quickly puree makes great soups, smoothies and other combination of ingrediants used in cooking.  It has a reputation for being very durable and numerous reports of consistent use over many years and it is still running like new.  It is not suitable for ice crushing.
